When you ask for a quote or pre-approval, we collect what a lender needs to answer: your name, contact details, income, assets and — only with your permission — your credit information. We use it to shop your file, prepare disclosures and contact you about your request. Nothing else.

We never sell your information. We share it only with the wholesale lenders pricing your file, the service providers who run our secure portal, and regulators when the law requires. Every partner sees the minimum needed to do its job.

You can ask what we hold, correct it or ask us to delete it at any time: email hello@larkspurmortgage.com or call (619) 555-0142. Marketing messages always include an opt-out, and opting out never affects your loan.
